Delivery Time

After receiving your order, we will ship your order within two business days if shipped domestically and within three business days if shipped overseas. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and over the New Year holidays.

Similarly, we will not respond to inquiries via email on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or over the New Year holidays.

Returns and defective products

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products. However, if the product has an initial defect, is damaged during delivery, or is misdelivered, we will accept returns or exchanges. In that case, please be sure to inform us of the "order number" within 7 days after the item arrives. After that, we will process the return and exchange. If a replacement product is available, we will replace it with a non-defective product at our expense for the shipping fee required for return and resend. If a replacement product cannot be prepared, the full price will be repaid. Please note. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges within 7 days after the item arrives, even if it is unopened.

Cancellation
