*Convenience store payment and bank transfer are only available to shipping addresses within Japan.


Purchase limits

To allow more customers to purchase our products, we have imposed purchase quantity limits on each product.

You may purchase up to two "Deer 02" products, and up to four each of "Deer 01" and "Kitten 01."

Up to five products can be shipped together in one order. For more than five products, please place two separate orders.

If we suspect fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Please note that we are unable to answer any inquiries regarding the reason for cancellation.

Receipt
This can be done through the email sent to you when you place your order.


Regarding inquiries after purchase

If you reply to the automated email received at the time of your order (from info@yoshimasatsuchiyashop.com), we will receive your message; however, please note that we cannot send replies from that same email address.

Any correspondence from us will be sent from yoshimasatsuchiyashop@gmail.com.
